Bob Hall has owned and operated Victoria Refinishing since 1979 and has been serving the Crossroads with this business for over thirty five years.
The process Victoria Refinishing uses to refinish or refurbish your furniture is thorough, with tremendous attention to detail, yet we take great pride in ensuring that your items are handled with the utmost care.
We completely strip the furniture's existing finish, using a "VAT" containment wash off system that does not require the furniture to be dipped. The solution we use is a water-soluble, environmentally friendly chemical, which is pumped over the furniture and then gently scrubbed the way you would wash a car. The solution dissolves the furniture's top coat, allowing the original beauty of the wood to be exposed without being damaged.
Next we repair any and all damaged areas.. The furniture is then sanded, stained, sealed and top coated with a minimum three coats (sanding between coats)of high quality pre-catalyzed lacquer. All coatings are sprayed in our commercial booth.
All hardware is cleaned or polished as necessary and securely re-installed.
